Jennifer is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, and a Certified NeurOptimal® Trainer.

NeuroEdge® Coaching is founded on the core belief is that every person is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. Since 2012, I have worked with high- and mid-level executives, athletes, artists, families, students, and children to help them address their unique challenges and be their best selves.

My Story

I was involved in a bicycle/car accident in my early twenties that, among other injuries, left me unconscious for 90 minutes. That accident inspired a life-long interest in the brain and how it works. With years of study, and a continued awe of those six inches between our ears, I now lecture and teach on the neuroscience of "flow," emotional intelligence, coaching with the brain in mind, the neuroscience of intuition, and other brain-related topics.

I was introduced to coaching in 2012, and discovered that I loved partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process in order to inspire them to maximize their personal and professional potential. I attended the Co-Active Training Institute and obtained my professional certification through the International Coach Federation. I believe that we all have within us the power to identify, then fully realize, our vast potential. I start from the understanding that you are the expert in your life and work; I am an expert in helping you clarify your goals, uncover your blind spots, and overcome any obstacles to you achieving what you want to achieve. As a team, we work together to maximize your personal and professional potential, which is particularly important in today's uncertain and complex environment.

At NeuroEdge® Coaching I offer Executive and Leadership Coaching, enhanced with optional brain training, combining skilled coaching with the leading neurofeedback technology to help my clients move from where they are to where they want to be.

Jennifer coaching

I founded NeuroEdge® Coaching to help successful people live extraordinary lives.  I'm passionate about working with people who are pushing the envelope of what's possible in their lives, wanting to overcome the challenges they face, and seeking to exceed their own high expectations.  I specialize in brain-based coaching, using the latest developments in neuropsychology to help my clients achieve their peak potential.  I'm also certified in neurofeedback, which my clients use to optimize their brains, and thus their results.

In 2010, I discovered NeurOptimal® neurofeedback when looking for a solution for chronic pain I had experienced since that accident in my twenties. I began to experience amazing results with NeurOptimal®, like improved focus and word recall, increased resilience to stress (and, surprisingly, lightning quick ping pong skills!). I became a certified NeurOptimal® trainer in 2013 and integrated neurofeedback into my coaching practice, so that my clients could experience the benefits of a drug-free and non-invasive way to train both the brain and the mind.

Coaching high-performing clients and sharing the benefits of neurofeedback is now my craft and my passion. I am continually integrating new tools and finding new ways to help my clients and their families tame performance anxiety, manage stress, and feel better and happier.
